山东省留学服务中心（简称SSCSE）于1992年8月经山东省人民政府批准成立，系山东省教育厅直属全额拨款事业单位。中心于2000年1月首批获得中华人民共和国教育部、公安部、国家工商行政管理总局批准的留学中介机构资格认定（教外综字认字[2000]第50号）。
中心位于世界文明的海滨城市青岛。得天独厚的地理位置、丰富的自然资源、飞速发展的社会经济以及对外开放的政策使青岛成为一座现代化的海滨城市。并借此挫败国内众多有力的竞争对手，成为2008年奥林匹克运动会的分会场。 中心自成立以来，一贯坚持国家“支持出国、鼓励回国、来去自由”的留学方针，为有志出国的中国学生提供入学申请、签证申请及后续服务一条龙服务。
在山东省教育厅的直接领导下，山东省留学服务中心已发展成为山东省最大的留学服务机构。最近三年，中心每年派出的留学生总数在全省同类机构中高居榜首。
历经11年的发展，山东省留学服务中心与澳大利亚、加拿大、英国、新西兰、日本、法国、德国、荷兰等26个国家的合法院校建立了密切合作关系。
山东省留学服务中心共有专业工作人员30余人，在全体工作人员的努力下，中心在社会上取得非常高的赞誉，同时吸引了国内众多其它地区的学生前来办理留学手续。

Since her foundation, strictly adhering to the policy of encouraging returnees returning and going abroad freely, sscse provides students who wish to study abroad with a series of services from school application、visa application to upper service.
Under the direct lead of Shandong Provincial Education Office, sscse has developed to be the biggest service agent concerning oversea study in Shandong province. Within the recent three years, the total amount of student sent abroad from sscse keeps No. 1 among the same institutions in Shandong province. With 11 years of development, sscse has set up close cooperative relationship with 26 countries all over the world, such as Australia、Canada、UK、New Zealand、Japan、France、Germany、Netherlands and so on.
Sscse has more than 30 professional staff members. With efforts of all these staff members, sscse enjoys high reputation in our society also attract many students from other areas in China.
